You must contact the State of Delaware Notary Administrator within 10 days if you discover that your Delaware Notary seal has been stolen, lost or damaged.

In the case of theft or vandalism, you must also inform the appropriate law enforcement agency.

• Indicate the name under which you are commissioned.
• Provide a brief explanation as to the circumstances under which your Delaware Notary seal was stolen, lost or damaged.
